DTech is proud to introduce our 3rd generation re-manufactured 6.0L injectors. These injectors incorporate many production and quality process improvements resulting in a significantly lower price.
Injector remanufacturing is always a trade-off between reusing and replacing parts while maintaining the highest quality level. With our 2nd generation 6.0L injectors we replaced many used parts on a 100% basis. This resulted in a higher quality product but at a price that made it difficult for DTech dealers to compete with Ford dealers in many parts of the country. Since then, we have been revising our re-manufacturing process and with our 3rd generation injector we can provide an excellent remanufactured injector at a significantly reduced price. Injector O-rings and copper washer included.

The D-Tech Difference:
- Replacement parts have been developed for the spool, coil wire assembly, plunger, nozzle, shims, springs, screws, and o-rings.
- Using inspection and remanufacturing processes developed over the past five years, plus employing stringent parts reuse guidelines, we have been able to significantly lower our per injector cost.
- Cores are a significant remanufacturing cost and we have been able to lower our per injector core acquisition cost.
- Lower injector core cost plus the ability to greatly improve core utilization by replacing worn components with new parts, instead of scrapping an injector core, allows us to maintain a high level of quality at a lower per injector cost.
